Hello. This is the theme I use to start all my WordPress projects. Please feel free to use it for your own projects. You can change it a little or change it completely to fit your needs. This theme has the bare minimun styles so you can get a fresh start. In fact, the only css I used is to style the page you are currently looking at. Bootstrap 3 is my css framework of choice and I have included it with all the less files and all Js plug-ins. Feel free to enable/disable anything you don't need on the coresponding less files.

Once Boostrap 4 is release I will be updating the files with sass. Please let me know if you have any feedback or questions. Thanks for checking out this base theme :)
